Pitamex dragon fruit
6 pieces
Sugar
500g
Orange juice
1/2 piece
Green apple
1 piece
Preparation
Cut the dragon fruits in half and, with the help of a spoon, remove the pulp. In a pot, place the fruit cut into pieces along with the sugar. Also, add the apple cut into pieces. Let it cook over medium heat, stirring constantly so it doesn’t stick.
Once the sugar is completely melted, add the orange juice and cook over low heat while stirring. Keep cooking until the fruits completely dissolve.
Pour into glass containers and let cool. You can spread the sauce on buns.
