HUMMUS
INGREDIENTS
Pitamex Dragon Fruit
1/2 pulp
Chickpea
400g
Beetroot
1 piece
Garlic clove
1 piece
Sesame Tahini Sauce
To taste
Lemon juice
1/2 piece
Cumin
1/2 tablespoon
Olive oil
To taste
Salt and pepper
To taste
Preparation
Cook beets and chickpeas to soften them.
In a blender or processor, mix everything
Toast the sesame seeds with olive oil until it becomes a paste and add it to the mixture.
Add pieces of dragon fruit pulp on top.
Add the water left over from the chickpea to reduce the pastiness.
