COMPOTA

INGREDIENTS

Pitamex white dragon fruit

3 pieces

ginger root

1 slice

Cinnamon

2 branches

pepper berries
Jamaica or allspice

To taste

brown sugar

1/2 cup

Preparation

Cut or grate the ginger and boil it in about 4 cups of water to make an infusion with the cinnamon, sugar and pepper.

When the water decreases by half (Approximately 40min – 1 hr) it turns off. We put the fruit and mix with red fruits.

Everything is removed and the water is used for the fruit and continues boiling until the jam is made to each person’s taste.

Place the jam on top of the panna cotta and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Grease the glass or mold to make it easier to remove.
