It began with Professional Studies of Soda and Taxonomic Management, carried out work on Genetic Selection and Monitoring of Vegetative Development, which set the tone for today to keep the crop at the forefront, considering it as one of the most profitable alternatives for the agriculture of Guanajuato and Mexico.
Engineer Ortega Espinoza has received training in cultivation at foreign universities and has explored the cultivation techniques of the most representative countries in Pitahaya production such as Spain, Vietnam, Colombia and the USA.
