TROPICAL COCKTAIL WITH DRAGON FRUIT
INGREDIENTS
Pitamex Dragon Fruit
1 piece
Mandle
1/2 piece
Avocado
1/2 piece
Shrimp
5 pieces
Sriracha Mayonnaise
To taste
Preparation
Cut the dragon fruit in half and pulp.
Use the dragon fruit cocoon and fill with a tablespoon of mayonnaise, add the chopped shrimp, mango and avocado.
Repeat step two to finish filling the cocoon.
Add pieces of the dragon fruit and a little more sriracha mayonnaise to taste.
